UP17 TAXI is a cab booking marketplace that connects customers with verified taxi suppliers. We facilitate the booking process but the transportation service is provided by independent suppliers.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed are inclusive of GST. Payment can be made online via our payment gateway or directly to the supplier as per the booking terms.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation relative to the pickup time. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Liability
UP17 TAXI acts as a marketplace connecting customers with suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the journey. All suppliers carry mandatory insurance as required by law.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate booking details including pickup/drop locations, contact information, and travel dates. Any incorrect information may result in booking failure.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
