Eligibility for Refund
- Booking cancelled as per the Cancellation Policy timelines
- Supplier cancelled or no-show by the supplier
- Service not provided as per booking terms
- Duplicate payment made in error

Refund Amount
The refund amount depends on the cancellation timing as detailed in our Cancellation Policy. Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
