UP17 TAXI understands that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges
| Time Before Pickup | Cancellation Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours | No charge (Full refund) |
| 12 - 24 hours | 10% of booking amount |
| 6 - 12 hours | 25% of booking amount |
| 2 - 6 hours | 50% of booking amount |
| Less than 2 hours | 100% (No refund) |
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through:

Refund Process
Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For partial cancellations or special circumstances, please contact our support team.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior intimation, it will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Supplier Cancellation
In rare cases where the supplier cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund. We will also try to arrange an alternative cab for you.
